Since long time ago we would create our own exclusive sauce, at last after many weeks of hard work she's born and she so excellent we give her the name of the Restaurant, the sauce:

Café de Paris du Bistro

This Special sauce is served with an Argentina beef filet, a gratin Dauphinois and vegetables.

Being able to come with every meat, this sauce is also offered in the Menu as complementary sauce.

ATTENTION, a warning, on the first customers having already tasted the sauce " Café de Paris del Bistro " it was noticed by the symptomes of strong dependences and an irresistible wish to return.
